Welcome.

My name is Eva Witesman. I am a professor in the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University, where I teach in the Master of Public Administration and Master of Business Administration programs and serve as Academic Director of the Ballard Center for Social Impact. I teach leaders how to use organizations and institutions to elevate human potential and solve social problems. As a scholar at a religious university and active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I also spend some of my professional time engaging in devotional work. I regularly provide lectures and workshops on a variety of topics from the professional (strategy, outcome evaluation, and analytics) to the spiritual (becoming a creator, spiritual gifts, devotional teaching). I have also served as a consultant for hundreds of organizations seeking to improve their core strategy, impact evaluation, and mission fulfillment.

I hope you enjoy your visit.
